Experience: Anthony Longo is a Managing Partner and a founding member of Alpha Capital CRE. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. He focuses on institutional and entrepreneurial sponsors providing expertise encompassing but not limited to, joint ventures, discretionary funds, debt financing and advisory services owners. Mr. Longo specializes in originating capital for transactions throughout the United States covering all product types: multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality. Mr. Longo has been involved in over $1 billion of capital markets transactions. Prior to forming Alpha in 2008, Mr. Longo worked for a private REIT in the capital markets division as the Director of Equity as well as Citigroup.
Education & Affiliations: Mr. Longo received his BBA from the University of Iowa. He is a mentor through the Illinois Education Foundation and is a participant within the Flamini Family Foundation and Walking With A Warrior.

Michael Riley - Managing Partner

Experience: Michael Riley is a Managing Partner and a founding member of Alpha Capital CRE. He has over 17 years’ experience raising capital for hedge funds and real estate investments. Mr. Riley specializes in commercial real estate financing with experience including structured financing, construction financing, DPO financing as well as joint venture equity, preferred equity, and fund raising. His primary focus is originating accretive and creative capital for transactions throughout the United States focusing on all product types: multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality. Mr. Riley has been involved in over $1.2 billion of capital markets transactions. Prior to forming Alpha in 1999, Mr. Riley raised capital for a Chicago based Hedge Fund. In addition, Michael has worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in the Real Estate Financial Advisory Practice and at Insignia/ESG now CBRE.
Education & Affiliations: Mr. Riley received his BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is an active member with the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association as well as ULI and NAOIP. Mr. Riley is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Trisha Connolly - Managing Director

Experience: Trisha Connolly is a Managing Director at Alpha Capital CRE and serves as a partner on the equity and debt placement team nationwide. Ms. Connolly specializes in commercial real estate financing with over 11 years of experience including loan restructuring, term financing, syndicated credit facilitating, construction financing, acquisition financing, advisory and joint venture equity or programmatic equity. Ms. Connolly has advised on capital markets financing transactions exceeding $2 billion. Ms. Connolly specializes in structured financings and continues to work on permanent and floating rate executions. Prior to joining Alpha, Ms. Connolly spent four years managing Cushman and Wakefield's Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team. Preceding C&W, Ms. Connolly spent more than five years at General Growth Properties (GGP) within their Capital Markets team, focusing primarily on workouts, refinances and development financing.
Education & Affiliations: Ms. Connolly received her Bachelors of Arts and Sciences from Marquette University, majoring in Political Science and Spanish. Experience: Mr. Stearns is a Senior Vice President at Alpha Capital CRE and joined the team in 2012. Mr. Stearns has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience including: structured bridge financing, construction financing, DPO and note purchases, CMBS and life company debt, as well as joint venture equity, preferred equity, and fund raising. At Alpha, he is primarily responsible for business development & team management on both debt & equity transactions. While at Alpha Mr. Stearns has been involved in over $300mm of CRE capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Alpha, Mr. Stearns was an Executive Vice President for 6 years at Hanover Equity Group, a private real estate investment firm focusing on the acquisition, development, financing, management, and disposition of over $300mm of residential and multifamily real estate.

Experience: Mr. Zanca is a Senior Vice President at Alpha Capital CRE where he is responsible for new equity and debt origination. Mr. Zanca joined the team in 2011 and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience including: structured bridge financing, construction financing, DPO/note purchases, CMBS and life company debt placements. Additionally, Mr. Zanca is involved in the formation of joint venture and preferred equity transactions. At Alpha, he is primarily responsible for business execution and team management for both debt and equity transactions.
Over the last 20 years, Mr. Zanca has managed or participated as a team member on transactions of over $1.5 Billion/11.4 Million square feet of commercial real estate. Representing clients across the continental United States he has completed transactions in the following asset classes: office, retail, industrial, multifamily and hospitality. Prior to joining Alpha, Raymond worked within the investment sales division at CBRE and as a Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions for various private equity real estate groups. He was responsible for new business development, acquisitions/dispositions, portfolio management, contract negotiations and financial underwriting/due diligence activities.

Mike has over 10 years of experience within the real estate and banking industries with an emphasis on relationship management, loan structuring, contract negotiations, and strategic market development. Prior to joining Alpha, Mike held Business Development and Broker roles predominately originating commercial real estate transactions for Marcus & Millichap, Interstate Bank, and BMO Harris. Mike has extensive knowledge across all CRE asset and transaction types, and has been involved in over $125 million of CRE capital market transactions.
Education & Affiliations: Mr. Spirovski received his BA from The University of Illinois at Chicago, majoring in Economics. Mike also holds a Real Estate Broker License in the State of Illinois, and is a member of Urban Land Institute.

Prior to joining Alpha, Mr. Heitmann interned for a private investment real estate firm, Real Capital Solutions. Mr. Heitmann was an analyst for the multifamily development team. Preceding his career in Real Estate, Mr. Heitmann spent 7 years in derivatives trading.
Education & Affiliations: Mr. Heitmann received both is BA and MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder's Leeds School of Business. Mr. Heitmann is a member of the CU Real Estate Young Alumni.
